Please find below our step by step guide to joining and making the most of our digital events platform.

1. How to register for the conference?

To ensure attendees can log in securely to our digital events platform on the day of the conference, all attendees must be registered separately with a unique email address and password. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to our digital events platform and scroll down to the ticket section

2. Select the appropriate ticket. Please note you can only buy 1 ticket per person (see details below on how to buy for other people).

3. Create your account details and login (This is not related to any other historic account you may have had). Please keep this information safe for later. This login can be used for future Housing Technology digital events.

4. Complete your registration information including card details.

5. Check your inbox and spam for a confirmation email. You will return to the registration page on the day of the event or click the link in the email.

Please Note: If you want to register further tickets for other people, you must log out by clicking the icon on the top right of the page. Please see below for further instructions.

How to register a ticket for another person?

For security reasons, we recommend that each attendee registers themselves and securely saves their password. If you need to register a ticket on behalf of another person or multiple people, please follow these steps:

1. Go to our digital events platform and make sure you are logged out of our platform if you have already registered a ticket (see icon in top right corner).

2. Select the appropriate ticket. Please note you can only buy 1 ticket per person (see details below on how to buy for other people).

3. Create the account for the attendee using their own email address and make sure to save the password you have created for them. They will need these login details when the login on the day of the event.

4. Complete your registration information including card details.

5. The attendee will receive a confirmation email.

If you want to register a further person or yourself, you will need to log out and repeat steps 1-6, otherwise the attendee will not have a separate login for the day of the event.

How to pay via invoice?

If you need to pay via invoice, you will need to get in touch with us.  Please follow the steps below:

1. Contact support@housing-technology.com

2. We will send you a private link to register your ticket without needing to put in card details.

4. We will then send you an invoice for the attendee you have registered.
